Refunds and Returns Since Build-a-Scrapbook.com specializes in creating custom photo products that are one of a kind items, we normally do not allow refunds or returns. However, if we make a mistake we will gladly correct it by shipping you a new corrected product free of charge. You may be asked to return the original item received before a replacement will be shipped. You must submit concerns using our Feedback Form within 14 days of the shipped date for your order. After this period it is up to our sole discretion whether we will correct any problems. Laws and Regulations User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of this system is prohibited and violators can be prosecuted under federal and state laws. Texas law and Federal law will govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
