| - Do you offer volume discounting?
Yes, our site automatically applies volume discounts to each qualified order. Currently we offer the following discounts for on-line orders: - 5% discount for orders over $250
- 7.5% discount for orders over $500
- 10% discount for orders over $1000
Any combination and quantity of products may be ordered to receive the discount.
| - Can I get FREE samples to show my clients?
Since Trading Card quality is the number one question, we will gladly send you a FREE sample. Just fill out our Trading Card Request form. Of course the easiest way to get promotional materials is to just order a few products using your own pictures and text. There is no minimum order and this lets you show your work to your clients.
| - How long does it take to get my order?
We are FAST! All orders ship in 2-4 business days. Most orders (except Trading Cards) ship in less than 2 business days.
| We prefer you upload your images and create all of your products on-line. This is the fastest way for you to receive your order and eliminates most of the problems with typos, incomplete information, etc... However, we understand that not everyone has high speed internet or the time to process large orders. You can mail us a CD of images that we will post to your account free of charge, or you can submit complete orders through the mail ($15 shipping, processing and handling).
| No. We no longer accept film or negatives. You can get your film processed and scanned locally and then upload the files into our system.
| Yes. We will gladly replace any damaged or missing items. We will also replace any item if we make a mistake. The majority of our system is automated and we check each order for quality before shipping, so mistakes are rare.
| - How are the shipping charges calculated?
The shipping and handling for internet orders is 20% of the total order $4.25 minimum and $18.00 maximum. Express Shipping and 2 Day shipping are additional and can be requested during checkout. (Effective May 14, 2007)
