PLEASE, We recommend you use our CustomSportsProducts.com or CustomFramingAndGifts.com websites.  They are updated with the latest products.

  • Do you offer volume discounting?

Yes, our site automatically applies volume discounts to each qualified order.  Currently we offer the following discounts for on-line orders:

  • 5% discount for orders over $250
  • 7.5% discount for orders over $500
  • 10% discount for orders over $1000

Any combination and quantity of products may be ordered to receive the discount.

  • Can I get FREE samples to show my clients?

Since Trading Card quality is the number one question, we will gladly send you a FREE sample.  Just fill out our Trading Card Request form.

Of course the easiest way to get promotional materials is to just order a few products using your own pictures and text.  There is no minimum order and this lets you show your work to your clients.

  • How long does it take to get my order?

We are FAST!

All orders ship in 2-4 business days.  Most orders (except Trading Cards) ship in less than 2 business days.

  • Can I mail you a CD?

We prefer you upload your images and create all of your products on-line.  This is the fastest way for you to receive your order and eliminates most of the problems with typos, incomplete information, etc...

However, we understand that not everyone has high speed internet or the time to process large orders.  You can mail us a CD of images that we will post to your account free of charge, or you can submit complete orders through the mail ($15 shipping, processing and handling).

  • Can I mail you film?

No.  We no longer accept film or negatives.  You can get your film processed and scanned locally and then upload the files into our system.

  • Do you offer guarantees?

Yes.  We will gladly replace any damaged or missing items.  We will also replace any item if we make a mistake.  The majority of our system is automated and we check each order for quality before shipping, so mistakes are rare.

  • How are the shipping charges calculated?

The following guidelines are used by the system to determine shipping charges.  To view exact shipping charges, please add the item to your cart.

Rate 1

Prints 8x10 and smaller, Trading Cards, Magnets, Buttons, Key Chains and Jewelry.

Shipping Charge is 10.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $3.50 per order and maximum of $15.00 per order
 

Rate 2

Prints 11x14 and under, Smaller Items and most Apparel

Shipping Charge is 15.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $5.25 per order and maximum of $18.00 per order
 

Rate 3

Prints 11x14 and over, Items shipped in Tubes, Framed Items and all other larger items

Shipping Charge is 15.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $6.95 per order and maximum of $25.00 per order

Larger orders will automatically receive a shipping discount since the maximum normal shipping cost is $15-25 per order depending on the items ordered.

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and Fed Ex Shipping Charges

U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping can be added for an additional $5.00 per order.

Fed Ex 2-Day and Fed Ex Express shipping service is available for the additional actual Fed Ex fees.  We will charge your credit card a second time for the actual cost of the Fed Ex shipment in addition to the normal handling charges.

  • How do I Start?

Starting is easy and FREE! 

  1. Just click on Login / Sign Up.  All we need is your e-mail address.
  2. Upload one or more digital photos.
  3. Start creating custom products and ordering prints!
