You must make an account so we know where to store your digital images. This allows you to easily order multiple products from the same image and review previously placed orders. Site Requirements: - This site is best viewed at 1024x768 or higher resolutions.

| For general information, please use our Feedback Form. The feedback form provides us with a method for tracking requests and problems. This allows us to continually improve our website.
| Generally your order is shipped from our professional lab in 2 - 4 business days. Orders are shipped by US Mail so they usually arrive within 2-3 business days after we ship your order, although we cannot guarantee delivery times. If an item is out of stock or a very large order is submitted, it may take us longer than the 2-4 business days.
| The following guidelines are used by the system to determine shipping charges. To view exact shipping charges, please add the item to your cart. Rate 1 Prints 8x10 and smaller, Trading Cards, Magnets, Buttons, Key Chains and Jewelry. Shipping Charge is 10.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $3.50 per order and maximum of $15.00 per order
Rate 2 Prints 11x14 and under, Smaller Items and most Apparel Shipping Charge is 15.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $5.25 per order and maximum of $18.00 per order
Rate 3 Prints 11x14 and over, Items shipped in Tubes, Framed Items and all other larger items Shipping Charge is 15.00% of Order Total
With a minimum of $6.95 per order and maximum of $25.00 per order
Larger orders will automatically receive a shipping discount since the maximum normal shipping cost is $15-25 per order depending on the items ordered. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and Fed Ex Shipping Charges U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping can be added for an additional $5.00 per order. Fed Ex 2-Day and Fed Ex Express shipping service is available for the additional actual Fed Ex fees. We will charge your credit card a second time for the actual cost of the Fed Ex shipment in addition to the normal handling charges.
| We apply discounts automatically to larger orders as follows: - 5% off orders over $250
- 10% off orders over $500

| We have a custom program called Image Up that allows you to upload images directly into your account. - Download our Image Up FTP Software (PC Only)
| Since custom photo products are one of a kind items, we normally do not allow refunds. However, if we make a mistake we will gladly correct it by shipping you a new corrected product free of charge. You may be asked to return the original item received before a replacement will be shipped.
| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit Card processing for Build-a-Scrapbook.com is processed by MasterPhoto USA. As such, the charge will appear from MasterPhoto USA.
| Our site will work with any digital camera that produces Jpeg (.JPG) files. Most of the digital cameras on the market produce this file type. Any resolution of file can be uploaded (up to 4 Megabytes in size). Our proprietary quality meter will show you the maximum print size we recommend.
| If you don't have a professional calibration tool, then use the image and guidelines below to help get your monitor adjusted. 
You can visually adjust your monitor to come close to gray using the RGB
Gray Scale. This method provides a quick an inexpensive result but will not provide the accuracy needed for critical work (Professionals should invest in a hardware calibration solution). Use the color, density and brightness controls on your monitor to adjust the image above. - The White to Black, Yellow to Blue, Magenta to Green and Cyan to Red Bars each have 19 steps (labeled with 1's at the left).
- The large gray patch in the center should remain neutral (labeled with a 2 at the left).
- The white to black bar should be a smooth transition with no steps visible (labeled with a 3 at the left).
| We are no longer supporting film or print scanning. If you wish to purchase products from an old negative, you will have to have it scanned locally before uploading the file into our system.
